We understand that maintaining a positive and respectful environment is crucial for everyone's enjoyment. That's why we're rolling out the "Reporting Players" feature – a tool that empowers you, the players, to help us keep our community safe and fun for everyone.


How does it work?


If you encounter any abusive behavior, offensive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct within the app, you can now report it directly to our support team. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
1. Spot the Issue: Whether it's offensive messages, disruptive behavior, or any other form of misconduct, identify the problem within the app.
2. Report It: Tap on the user's profile and select the "Report" option. You'll be prompted to provide details about the issue you've encountered.
3. Submit Your Report: Give us information to help us understand the situation better. We take every report seriously, so please be specific.


What happens next?


Once you've reported a player or situation, our dedicated support team swings into action. We will thoroughly investigate the matter, ensuring fairness and transparency in our approach. Here's what can happen as a result of your report:

Formal Written Warning: For less serious cases, we may issue a formal written warning to the reported player. This serves as a reminder of our community guidelines and promotes better behavior. Known in the world of football as a "Verbal Warning."
Temporary Suspension: In more serious cases, we may temporarily suspend the player's account to allow time for reflection and a cooling-off period. We consider this as a "Yellow Card."
Permanent Suspension: If misconduct is severe or repeats, we will not hesitate to take strong measures to protect our community. This can result in a permanent suspension from our app, community, and games. This would be equivalent to a "Double Yellow", or "Red Card."

Direct "RED CARD":


In extreme cases, we may apply direct permanent suspensions without prior warnings or temporary suspensions, depending on the severity of the offense. Our primary goal is to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all, and we won't tolerate behavior that undermines this goal.


How to report a player:


1. Locate the profile of the person you need to report:



2. Click on the three lines at the top right of your screen and select the option "Report player":



3. Select the reason(s) why you need to report the person. Once received, our support team will conduct the necessary investigation, and if needed, appropriate measures will be taken.




How to report messages:


1. Locate the message you need to report.
2. Hold down the message you need to report until the report option appears.
3. Submit the report and wait for our support team to conduct the necessary investigation. If offensive messages or messages that go against CeleBreak’s rules and policies are found, they will be deleted and the authors will be contacted.
