Injuries & Subscription Management

At CeleBreak, player safety is a priority, but we do not provide medical insurance or injury coverage. If a player gets injured—whether during or outside a game—it is their responsibility to cancel their subscription as needed. Once recovered, they can reactivate their subscription at any time.

We recommend all players be mindful of their health and consider personal insurance for added protection. Stay safe and play responsibly!

Why a limit of 3 active games?

To keep things fair and manageable for everyone, we’ve set a 3 active game limit at any given time—whether those games are on the same day or spread out over weeks. Why?

To prevent game hoarding and last-minute dropouts.
To ensure more players get a fair chance to join games.
To help you stay on top of your registrations and plans.

Once a game is played or canceled, you can book another—so there’s still plenty of flexibility to play as often as you like!

Why asking for a deposit if I already paid for my subscription?

Even with a subscription, we require a small deposit when booking a game. This helps prevent last-minute dropouts and no-shows, ensuring fair play for all. Just like regular players, subscribers who cancel within the 15-hour refund window won’t receive a refund for that game.

✅ Good news: If you check in and play, your deposit is refunded as credits! If CeleBreak cancels your game, your deposit will also be fully refunded as credits.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes! You have full control over your subscription and can cancel anytime before your current period renews—even just 1 minute before renewal.

How to Cancel:

Simply click the "Manage Subscription" button next to your subscription details.
This will take you to the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel instantly.

⚠️ Important: Once your subscription renews, it is non-refundable, so be sure to cancel before your next billing cycle if needed.

🔄 Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period, and you can reactivate or switch plans anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.
