What Happens after I Book a Game?
Once you've registered your account, it's time to gear up for game day and understand what to expect. We've streamlined the process to make playing football a breeze, allowing you to focus solely on the game itself.
After selecting the game you wish to join and securing your spot through payment, you'll receive an email containing your payment receipt as confirmation of your reservation. This email serves as proof of reservation in case you encounter any issues and need to reach out to our support team. You will then see this game in your profile under your "Upcoming pick-up games".
Following this, you'll find your name listed among the confirmed players for the game you've chosen. Additionally, you'll receive a push notification reminder 2 hours before the game, ensuring you're all set for your upcoming match.
On game day, ensure you arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the kickoff time listed in the app. Upon arrival, meet up with the Organizers to set up teams and ensure a timely start, providing a full hour of play. Please note that players must check themselves in through the app on game day. The self-check-in feature is available up to 30 minutes before game time and requires players to be within 200 meters of the venue.
No need to fret about equipment; as with all CeleBreak games, footballs and bibs are provided, included in the game price. Changing rooms and showers will also be accessible, subject to availability at each venue.
Remember to bring your football boots if you have them, just make sure they don't have metal studs!
