What happens with my money when I cancel remove myself from a CeleBreak pick-up game?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and at CeleBreak we value flexibility. At the same time, we also want to keep games full and fair for everyone — so we’ve set a few simple rules 👇

✅ Cancel +15 hours before kick-off

You’ll get your full amount back as credits in your app.
Credits are in-app balance — they don’t expire and can be used to join any future game. Learn more about credits in our help centre article: CeleBreak credits: How does it work?
Refunds are issued in credits (not back to your bank account).

❌ Cancel less than 15 hours before kick-off

If you cancel your participation for pick-up games outside the 15h refund window, no refund will be issued.

Refund window of competitions (tournaments or leagues) might differ from those of pick-up games, CeleBreak typically applies 7-day refund window before the event's kick-off day
