Cancelling Field Rental Reservations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to request a cancellation for your field rental with CeleBreak, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can process the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy Details

Cancellations are subject to the following policies:
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the reserved time: You will receive a full refund in the form of game credits, which can be used for future bookings within the CeleBreak app.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the reserved time: No refunds will be issued, and the credits will be forfeited.
Split Payments: For reservations with split payments, ensure all participants have completed their payments before the cancellation window. Failure to complete payments will result in the automatic cancellation of the session, with refunds issued exclusively in the form of game credits.

Important Notes

Refunds are issued in the form of game credits by default.
No exceptions will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours from the reservation date/time.
Game credits from cancellations can be used flexibly within the app for future bookings or game participation.
