Checking-in for a game

Key Points to Note
1. Responsibility Shift
As of January 8th, 2024, players will take charge of checking themselves in before the kickoff time. This empowers you to manage your game attendance efficiently.
2. Check-in Window
The Self Check-in option will be available 30 minutes before the scheduled kickoff time. Players can check in at their convenience during this period, and the feature will remain active until the end of the match.
3. Proximity Activation
To ensure accuracy and security, players can only access the Self Check-in feature when they are within 200 meters of the venue. This proximity activation adds an extra layer of convenience to the process.
4. Arriving late
In the event that a player is running late they will still be able to check-in as the option will remain available until the end of the match. After a game ends, the self check-in will be disabled and players will need to speak with the Organizer to have them manually modify their attendance. Players who arrive late will have the attendance marked accordingly as LATE.
5. No-show prevention
It's important to note that players who sign up for games but fail to check themselves in will be automatically marked as a no-show. Remember, attendance is tracked to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants.
We believe that the Self Check-in feature will enhance the overall CeleBreak experience by providing more control and flexibility to our players. Should you encounter any issues or have questions regarding this new feature, our support team is ready to assist you.
