# How Are Teams Made?

# Fair and balanced teams in CeleBreak
The CeleBreak match host will welcome everyone and form the teams on the spots, upon arrival. Therefore we ask everyone to arrive at least 15-min before kick-off. The host will do its best to create balanced teams to enhance a fair and fun experience for all players, therefore, it considers:

* Skill level (make sure to provide your skill level in your profile)
* Habitual or new player
* Did the player join alone or with friends, if you joined separately, make sure to inform the organiser upon arrival.

|| 🔀 If at some point games become too unbalanced, the Organizer will pause for a moment to switch some players around to even out the game. This helps to ensure that games don't become too one-sided and so that everyone has a great time.

||| ⚠️ Organisers will consider friends that have joined together, however, it cannot always be guaranteed that friends play in the same team. Increase your chances by arriving on time, yet keep in mind that if the teams are unbalanced, the host holds the rights to make changes at any moment.
