How to cancel my spot in a game?

To cancel your spot in a game where you are signed up to, simply go to the game in the app and click "Change" in the green banner that appears on your screen with the match reservation confirmation and then select "Leave pick-up game". Here players can modify their reservations by adding guests, or by cancelling their spot.

Select the option next to your name to cancel, and confirm the changes by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen.

Players who cancel their spot 15 hours or more from the starting time shown in the app will receive a full refund of credits to their app accounts which can be used toward a future game. It is important to note that if players cancel with less than 15 hours of anticipation before the start of the game, no refunds will be issued and the credits will be forfeited.
