Profile Verification

Profile Verification helps us keeping the CeleBreak community safe and ensure that profiles belong to real unique people.
Once your profile is verified, a verification badge will appear next to your profile picture. For now, the badge is mainly a visible indication that your profile has been verified. Some specific partner benefits may also require you to have a verified profile.

How do I verify my profile?

To verify your profile:

Go to your Profile.
Tap the small verification icon next to your profile picture.
Follow the instructions to submit your identity document and selfie.

The process is quick and can be completed directly from your profile.

What document do I need?

You must submit a valid identity document that clearly includes all of the following:

A photo of your face
Your full name
Your date of birth
Your place of birth

Make sure the document is valid and that all required information is clearly visible in the submitted photos.

Your submitted identity document and selfie are used exclusively for the verification process and are automatically removed after 30 days.

The verification status itself remains on your profile, so you do not need to submit your documents again unless verification is required again for a specific reason.

What should I know about my profile?

Your profile information should represent you accurately.

Your nickname must not be misleading or used to impersonate another person.
Once your profile is verified, changing your name will remove your verification badge. You will need to verify your profile again if you change your name.

What is the verification badge used for?

For now, the verification badge is primarily a way to show that a profile has been verified. It may also be required for certain partner-specific benefits or features.
We’ll gradually introduce additional uses for profile verification as the feature develops.
