What to Do if You Paid but Aren't on the List of Players

While is something that rarely ever happens, it can occur when multiple players are attempting to join a game at essentially the same exact time (this is why it usually happens in games with one spot left). The app will take both payment attempts by each player and the one whose payment is finished processing first by the payment platform used by our app is the one assigned the spot in the game. This is known as a "Run-off". It's a bummer when it happens, but don't worry, we got you covered.

The person who as not able to be assigned a spot (the person whose payment finished processing last) is automatically refunded the Game Credits directly to your app account so that you can join any of the other games that are available in your city. 💯 To see your app balance simply go to the setting view in the app as shown below:

ℹ️ : Click the profile icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen where you will see your "Upcoming games" and "Past games". Here you will be able to see you available "Credit balance".
