Account Suspensions

In an attempt to maintain the integrity of the CeleBreak football community and our rules and policies, players can sometimes find themselves in a situation where their account has been temporarily or permanently suspended.

​Here are some examples of situations that could result in having your account suspended:


Disputing payments for reservations made through the app when joining games. This is considered fraudulent activity and a temporary suspension will be applied (between 30-90 days).
Aggression or toxic behaviour during CeleBreak games.
Aggression, toxic behaviour, insulting, threatening, racism, or sexual harassment in either Game Chats or in CeleBreak games.
Consistently arriving late to games.
Being marked as a "No-show" repeatedly in games players sign up to.
Being reported by other players or organizers for misbehaving in games (arguing, playing unnecessarily aggressive.

In any of these cases, our Support Team will thoroughly investigate the situation and if an account suspension is merited, players will be informed of the reason why and the duration of the suspension via a message in the app from our Support Team.

While players are suspended, they will be unable to join or play in any CeleBreak games and will also be unable to send messages to either Game Chats in the app or direct messages to other players or organizers in order to maintain the safety and integrity of our community.

If players are ever faced with an account suspension, they will see the following message:
