Changing/Resetting Your Password
If you need to change or reset your password to log in to CeleBreak, don’t worry—it’s a simple process! Just follow the steps below, whether you're locked out or already logged in.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?”.
Enter the email address you used to register your CeleBreak profile.
You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
Click the link and follow the steps to create a new password.
Once your new password is set, you can log in and get back to signing up for games or events!
First, log out of your account.
On the login screen, follow the same steps above:
Tap “Forgot password?”
Enter the email you registered with.
Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
If you signed up using Facebook, make sure you enter the same email connected to your Facebook account when resetting your password.
Once you reset the password, the Facebook login option will no longer work. You’ll need to manually log in with your new password and email address moving forward.
If You're Locked Out of Your Account:
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?”.
Enter the email address you used to register your CeleBreak profile.
You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
Click the link and follow the steps to create a new password.
Once your new password is set, you can log in and get back to signing up for games or events!
If You're Already Logged In and Want to Reset Your Password:
First, log out of your account.
On the login screen, follow the same steps above:
Tap “Forgot password?”
Enter the email you registered with.
Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
Special Note for Players Who Registered with Facebook:
If you signed up using Facebook, make sure you enter the same email connected to your Facebook account when resetting your password.
Once you reset the password, the Facebook login option will no longer work. You’ll need to manually log in with your new password and email address moving forward.
Important:
The password reset link is only valid for 1 hour from when you receive it. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.
