If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel your team's registration for a CeleBreak tournament, here's what you need to know:

Cancellation Process: Unfortunately, team captains cannot cancel their registration directly through the app. In such cases, team captains must notify the tournament manager of their inability to participate and contact our customer support team. The tournament manager will remove the team from the participant list, while our customer support team will handle the refund process, if applicable.

Refund Policy: The full price of the tournament registration fee may only be refunded if the team cancels more than a week before the tournament day. However, please note that cancellations made within a week of the tournament day will result in the team forfeiting their right to receive a refund.
