League / Tournament Cancelation and Refund Policy

At CeleBreak, we acknowledge that situations may arise where you need to cancel your registration for a league or tournament. To accommodate such instances, we have established the following guidelines:

Cancellation Policy:

All teams and/or individual players who have registered for a league or tournament have the flexibility to cancel their registration up to 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the league or tournament start date and will receive a full refund of game credits automatically to their profiles.

Refund Process:

Upon cancellation within the specified timeframe, players have the option to receive a refund in either Game Credits or back to the original payment method used for registration.

If players choose a refund to their card or selected payment method, please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected. This must be requested directly to our support team.

It's crucial to understand that Game Credits issued as a refund cannot be utilized for future league or tournament registrations.
