What Happens if CeleBreak Cancels a Tournament?

At CeleBreak, we're all about making sure everyone has a great time at our tournaments. But sometimes, things happen that we can't control, like really bad weather or issues with the venue. If that happens and we have to cancel a tournament, here's what you need to know:

Cancellation Policy:

If we have to cancel a tournament because of things like extreme weather or venue problems, we'll let you know right away. We'll send you an email or reach out to you through other ways so you're in the loop.

Refund Process:

Don't worry in the event that a tournament has to be canceled. We'll make sure you get automatically refunded the full amount of your registration in the form of Game Credits directly to your credit balance in your profile. These credits can be used to join any other tournament, league, or friendly pick-up game.
Players who have registered for a tournament that has been cancelled can contact our support team directly and request a refund directly to their card instead of the game credits.

Communication and Updates:

We get that it's a bummer if a tournament gets canceled. But we promise to keep you in the know every step of the way. We'll give you updates about refunds or if we're able to reschedule the tournament.

Rescheduling or Other Options:

If we can, we'll try to find a new date for the tournament or maybe offer you a spot in another event. We'll do our best to make sure you still get to play, even if plans change.
