What to Do if a Tournament is 'Sold Out'

If you've encountered a "FULL" status for a tournament in our app, don't worry, we've got you covered! Here's what you need to know:

Understanding "FULL" Status:

When a tournament reaches its maximum capacity for teams, it is labeled as "FULL" in our app. However, there are a couple of scenarios that could unfold:
A team may drop out of the tournament, freeing up a spot.
The tournament manager might decide to expand the capacity if there is sufficient time and field availability.

Joining the Waitlist:

Both individual players as well as Team Captains have the option to join the waitlist for the tournament. This allows them to express their interest in participating if spots become available.

Important Note:

Both full teams as well as individual players can register to participate in CeleBreak tournaments directly through the app. Team captains should ensure that they have a full team ready before joining the waitlist and remember that ALL team members will need to join their team in the app with the link the Team Captain will be responsible for sharing.

ALL payments must be completed before the deadline for registrations which will always be visible in the app for each tournament.

For complete teams: If all team members are not fully registered and paid before the registration deadline, the team will be automatically removed from the event and everyone will be refunded in the form of Game Credits. To request a refund of credits back to the original payment method used, please contact our support team directly.

Communication with Team Captains:

The tournament manager will communicate with team captains before making a decision to expand the tournament's capacity. This communication helps gauge the demand and ensures that those on the waitlist are still willing and able to register their team.

Updates for Waitlisted Teams:

If a team wishes to cancel their registration, the tournament manager will also contact the team captains on the waitlist to offer them the opportunity to register their team.

In summary, if you encounter a "FULL" status for a tournament, joining the waitlist is your best bet. Keep an eye on your notifications and emails for updates from the tournament manager. We appreciate your enthusiasm for our tournaments and will do our best to accommodate all interested teams. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us through our support channels.
