1. Players & Equipment


A team can have a maximum of 15 players for any one game – 7 players, of which one must be a goalkeeper, and 8 substitutes. A minimum of 5 players are required for the game to go ahead.
All players must wear the same colour shirts (except GK). Bibs will be available if required.
All Players are advised to wear shin guards and knee high socks. All players playing without shin pads play at their own risk.
Footwear: football shoes with short or long studs or trainers. No metal studs are permitted.

2. Referees


Please respect the referee, remember the cause you are playing for. CeleBreak highly values fairplay and respect. Violence will not be tolerated. All refereeing decisions are final.
A coin toss will determine which team has the kick-off.

3. Duration of the match


Each game will be 20-30 minutes straight through. The exact time will be determined and communicated before the tournament.
There is no half time.
The teams will not change sides during the game.

4. Substitutes


Unlimited substitutions are allowed, the referee does not have to be informed
Substitutions can only be made when play has stopped.

5. Cards and disciplines


2nd Yellow Card in a game = Red Card - player will play no further part in the game. The player can be substituted by another player of its own team.
Straight Red Cards – Result in a 2 match suspension (including the match of the red card). The player may be substituted by another player of its own team.
In case of a fight, the organisation has the power to ban the players involved. 'CeleBreak' reserves the right to prohibit any player, team or club from taking further part in the current and other competitions.

6. General playing rules


The game will be played between the inner yellow lines.
Goalkeeper distribution and area rules are as in 11 a side.
The keeper can’t take the ball with the hands: The back pass rule applies – an indirect free kick shall be awarded to the attacking team - outside the penalty area.
Throw-ins are done by hand.
A goal can be scored directly from any kick off.
You can not directly score from a throw-in. In case a throw-in is touched by another player (own team or opponent) the goal is valid.
There is no offside.
A free kick can be taken immediately (without sign of the referee). In case the team taking the free kick asks the ref to order the other team to keep their distance, they have to wait for the referee to blow the whistle.
For all other rules the laws of Association Football will apply.

7. Tiebreaker


In case of a draw in the knock-out stage, the winner will be determined by penalties (3 penalties, if needed).
The team can decide who takes the penalties. There are no gender restrictions involved.
In case of a draw in points during the group stage, 'Head to Head' determines the best position. After that; goal difference - best attack - best defence - fairplay. In the situation both teams still draw, penalties will decide the winner. (3 penalties, if needed).

8. Team being late


If part of the team is late to the game, the match will start with the present players of the teams (with a minimum of 5 players).
If less than 5 players are available at kick-off time, the game will automatically be lost by 0-3.
